Spirit Is The True Substance

It is easier to understand that Spirit is substance when we stop trying to make matter disappear. Instead, we practice seeing everything that appears to be material as its true Spiritual nature. Including us, of course. And, let’s not forget that it means all that makes up who we appear to be — bones, blood, etc. — is Spiritual.
