Consciousness Of Spirit

Isn’t this asking us to be conscious of the fact that we are the consciousness of Spirit? It makes my head spin. If I am to have any hope of understanding this, I can’t be thinking with the human brain. It can barely understand how a toaster works.
It’s only when we enter that quiet space within that this becomes not only understandable but understood.
