Eternal Stillness

Eternal stillness isn’t the same as stuck, or unmoving. It is the quiet of all things continually expanding and expressing. We sit in the stillness of meditation to have a taste of what that means, and when we do so, sometimes we are rewarded with an experience of the eternal stillness filled with patience, compassion, and life.
